Andres is a Managing Partner at Urban Development, LLC. and heads the Logistics and Project Management Department. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has been involved in all stages of construction and development, building high-end homes in South Florida for the past 5 years.
